Time Off
Indicate you are taking the day off so payroll isn’t trying to figure out if you missed a punch or not.
- Log into Paychex Flex
- Select manage tiles on the top right
- Be sure the dot next to time off is slid to the right. Or “on”
- Note you can re order the items on this page if you like, it will change how you see the front page when you log in
- Click Save at the top
- Scroll down until you see the “time off” tile select view details
- Select request time off
- Fill in Type, Dates, and hours- in most cases we will assume 8
- You can add a note here if you like as well and click submit.
